My therapeutic style combines proven behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we work collaboratively to identify and challenge unhelpful patterns and create healthier ones that foster personal growth and lasting positive change. Boulder Valley Therapy is located in downtown Louisville where we can meet, or  we can walk or hike during our 50-minute session if you prefer.  Our office is dog-friendly so you are welcome to bring your well-behaved pup to our sessions if that is supportive for you!
