My therapeutic style combines proven behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. An important part of good therapy is trusting a therapist enough to be honest about the parts that we usually want to hide. I strive to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment that feels safe for us to do some great work together.

Boulder Valley Therapy is located in downtown Louisville where we can meet, or we can walk or hike during our 50-minute session if you prefer. Our office is dog-friendly so you are welcome to bring your well-behaved pup to our sessions if that is supportive for you!
