My specialty is counseling adults with anxiety, depression, and other issues. I use a combination of therapies that address unhelpful behaviors as well as their underlying causes. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Pepperdine University with a master's in psychology and am currently a LPCC in Louisville, CO.
